Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We'd be happy to help you return or exchange any items you're not completely satisfied with. Here's what you need to know:
Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging. Please note that customized products, gift cards, and discounted items are exempt from being returned.
REFUNDS
Please note that the product you are interested in purchasing contains a 2.6-gram gold button. Due to its metal value, we cannot accept returns for this item. However, we do offer exchanges for a different size within 30 days of delivery. This applies even if your product is made-to-measure.
EXCHANGE
We replace items that are defective or damaged, or unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them. The replaced item must also be in its original packaging. Please note that customized products and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
When you replace a product, it can only be exchanged for another product that is of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange it for a product with a higher price, we ask that you return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order for the desired product.

Please note that when exchange your order, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
GIFTS
If the product is bought as a gift, we are unable to accept returns. However, we can exchange the size for you.
To exchange your product, you should send your item with door to door service by UPS, DHL Express or FedEx to: Stephanie Square Centre Avenue Louise 65, Box 11, 1050 Brussels, Belgium
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you to insure the package. We don’t guarantee if the package would be lost during the return.
