Order

How long does the delivery take?

Vaires from country and region. Delivery time is generally between 3-7 business days. Delivery
times can be affected by regional holidays, custom processing, location, weather conditions and
other external unexpected factors.

We only ship your order once all the payment and delivery details have been approved. All charges for delivery will appear directly on your checkout page after you have selected your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We send Zetto Shirt only for Europe.

Which delivery services do you use?

We use the following courier services, BPOST, DHL, UPS, FEDEX. All couriers are used with EXPRESS
services.

Where is my order?

Our priority is to deliver your order asap. Under normal circumstances, your order will be ready for shipping within 72 business hours.

Return

What is the returns and exchange policy?

Yes, for simple shirts we accept return. Please note that the product you are interested in purchasing contains a 2.6-gram gold button. Due to its metal value, we cannot accept returns for this item.

If the product you are interested in purchasing made-to-measure, we cannot accept return.

GIFTS
If the product is bought as a gift, we are unable to accept returns. However, we can exchange the size for you.
To exchange your product, you should send your item with door to door service by UPS, DHL Express or FedEx to: Stephanie Square Centre Avenue Louise 65, Box 11, 1050 Brussels, Belgium
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you to insure the package. We don’t guarantee if the package would be lost during the return.

established specific security measures to protect your personal information from non-
authorized access and use.

Can i send a product as a gift?

Yes, you can send a product as a gift to someone else.

When you're placing your order, simply enter the recipient's name and address in the shipping information section at checkout. You can also include a personalized message if you'd like.

Our Gold Buttons are certified by the manufacturer and shipped with the product.
