Your white shirt is made in Italy. It is then packaged in your country and shipped to you. The fastest delivery time is 15 business days. This is not a product where you can choose fabric or collar. It is a service in which Zetto's shirt will be applied to your body in full size. If you want, you can add gold buttons to your shirt and make it unique with Zetto's iconic box.

How long does the delivery take?

Vaires from country and region. Delivery time is generally between 3-7 business days. Delivery

We use the following courier services, BPOST, DHL, UPS, FEDEX. All couriers are used with EXPRESS

Where is my order?

Our priority is to deliver your order asap. Under normal circumstances, your order will be ready for shipping within 72 business hours.

What is the returns and exchange policy?

Yes, for simple shirts we accept return. Please note that the product you are interested in purchasing contains a 2.6-gram gold button. Due to its metal value, we cannot accept returns for this item.

If the product you are interested in purchasing made-to-measure, we cannot accept return.

GIFTS
If the product is bought as a gift, we are unable to accept returns. However, we can exchange the size for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you to insure the package.
